O thou that hearest prayer, unto thee shall all flesh come. Psalm 65:2

Our way of life, the heritage we want to pass on to our children, our homes, livelihood, our very lives… all we hold dear are in jeopardy, but for the eternal life promised by our Saviour. For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. (Ephesians 6:12). We wrestle today, but have not been diligent against this enemy.  Overnight we are on the cusp of losing much of what we value, the good life given by God.  America deserves judgement, but God. Join with me in praying for our country, beginning with getting our hearts right, so that our pleas will touch the heart of God. This is a fight that must be won on our knees, can only be won on our knees.

Below are some prayer and faith verses; following them, I have written a suggested list of specific prayer needs for our country and for our homes. We are women of faith and we know that God does hear prayer. Might God show mercy once again to this country, and might our awareness make a difference in how we live the rest of our lives. What a legacy to pass on to our “little loved-ones.”
