Good day Ladies! Seems this time of year I use Pumpkin Pie Spice in many recipes, chutneys, lattes, cookies, cheesecake, muffins and of course, Pie! A small bottle can be ridiculously high, especially when we have the ingredients on our shelves. Here is my blend:

PUMPKIN PIE SPICE BLEND

6 Tablespoons cinnamon

4 teaspoons ginger

2 teaspoons nutmeg

2 teaspoons allspice 

1 teaspoon clove

 
(All ingredients are powders)
Blend; makes approx 1/2 cup of powder.
